Frank H Evans, Senior, A fourth-generation, Washingtonian and family man. I proudly offer my services in an area that I truly adore. I have been educated throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
My elementary school years were mostly in Washington DC and then the last year in Prince George’s County Maryland. My junior high and high school years were, in Arlington County Virginia.
I later attended college in upstate New York, at Utica College of Syracuse New York. Although I only spent only two years at Utica College, I was a popular athlete. This laid the groundwork on my skills to gain insight into the business world of meeting people’s needs to make a living in the real estate market.
In 1976, I enlisted in the United States Army and gained an honorable discharge, later I was employee by the U.S. Postal Service in downtown Washington DC. Where I served 36 years, fortunately I was able to retire July 2, 2010.
In the midst of my service as a postal servant. In 1999, I attended Prince George’s community college. Where I also put my mind back into business management, took classes, and receives a licensed as a realtor.
It was not enough that I would just have to be designated to one in area of our Metropolitan tri-state. I took these classes with great admiration and became license in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. It has been so gratifying to see so many families, individuals and communities grow along with our metropolitan area.
I have seen and experienced the growth in this metropolitan area. It is amazing and disappointing in the development of our metropolitan area.
It is great to see the development, the convenience in a thriving metropolitan area, growth with leaps and bounds. On the other hand, housing has become a major problem. Like most of the country. We have our share of hardships with jobs, financing and mortgages. Along with family situations, which keeps our world forever spinning.
With the difficulties of being Upside down for the most part in our mortgages, it is literally tear in our families apart. Homeowners need some kind of hope for a resolution in dealing with mortgage dilemma, with a firsthand look at demographics in a Metropolitan area.
I can pretty much tell the number or percentage of folks in a neighbourhood that need help in this revolving dilemma of homes upside down.
I have worked in the Postal Service for 36 years and has been a realtor said 2000 and a part of both sides of the real estate market.
I have worked in, the rehabbing side of developing homes, new homes and folks with distressed properties as well. With normal people, standard sales of buying and selling their home.
